Refund and Return Policy

Please email familyshoes@bigpond .com before returning any item.

If you wish to return a purchase, we will provide a refund, exchange or store credit.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

The goods will be unworn and are a current stock item.

The goods will be in original packaging or shoebox.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund sale items for change of mind.

Any postage cost to return or resupply the goods will be at the customers expense.
